The Modern Victorian Kitchen (Noe Valley, SF)
The Problem: The homeowners wanted to update their classic Victorian home with ultra-modern cabinetry. Because of the quirky, unlevel walls common in older San Francisco houses, they were terrified that sleek, modern flat-panels would clash with the architecture or fit poorly. They couldn't visualize the blend of old and new.
Our Solution: We bypassed standard sketches and built a full 3D Mozaik CAD mockup of their kitchen. We generated a photorealistic AI layout that showed exactly how the modern finish carpentry would interact with their existing windows and natural light.
The Result: The realistic render gave them the confidence to approve the design immediately. Using our exact 2D technical elevations and code-accepted measurements, the installation was flawless, merging modern utility perfectly into a historic space.
The Multi-Use Loft Space (SoMa, SF)
The Problem: A client in a compact South of Market loft needed a single wall to function as a high-end desk and a concealed laundry station. With space at a premium, they were overwhelmed by the logistics and couldn't picture how both could coexist without looking cluttered.
Our Solution: We broke the project down visually. We created a dedicated "Laundry Mock Up" video walkthrough. We provided custom blueprints that calculated the exact appliance clearances down to the millimeter.
The Result: The client could literally "walk through" the space digitally before construction began. The final custom woodworking maximized every square inch, turning a cramped wall into a highly functional, beautiful feature.
The Pinterest Concept Brought to Life (Sunset District, SF)
The Problem: A client had a dozen different inspiration photos for a massive living room entertainment center but no cohesive vision. They were hesitant to invest heavily in custom cabinetry because they couldn't piece the different ideas together in their head.
Our Solution: We took their scattered ideas and put them through our "Sketch to Reality" pipeline. We drafted the custom blueprints and provided a highly detailed 3D render showing the exact wood finishes, shelving proportions, and integrated lighting in their actual living room.
The Result: Seeing the exact rendering eliminated all their anxiety. The project moved forward without a single mid-construction change order, and the final installation perfectly mirrored the initial 3D mockup.
